EULA - End User License Agreement

1. The author does not accept any liability for loss of data, time,business or private information or other damages of any kind,whether direct or consequential arising out of the use or inability to use the Batch DOC Converter package or any part thereof.

2. Batch DOC Converter is sold on a per user basis. One license allows one user to install the software on their desktop and their laptop but only one copy of it may be used at any given time.

3. The Batch DOC Converter unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed.

4. Batch DOC Converter IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration.

6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

7. Installing and using Batch DOC Converter signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Batch DOC Converter files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
